"Show Off Your Fluff" Photo Submission Campaign

Official Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the "Show Off Your Fluff" photo submission campaign (the "Campaign") hosted by My Beautiful Fluff ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a photograph to the Campaign, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit a photograph.

1. Campaign Overview

The Campaign invites Participants to submit photographs of themselves through the Company's official website at www.mybeautifulfluff.com (the "Site") for the opportunity to be featured in Company marketing, promotional materials, and a coloring book product to be published by the Company (the "Coloring Book"). The Campaign begins on August 1, 2026 and continues until closed by the Company or until the maximum number of featured submissions described in Section 3 has been reached, whichever occurs first.

There is no voting component to this Campaign. All eligible submissions are accepted on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis as described below.

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals who (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of submission, (b) are the sole subject and sole photographer or rights-holder of the submitted photograph (or have obtained all necessary permissions as described in Section 6), and (c) reside in a jurisdiction where participation is not prohibited by law. Company employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are eligible to participate unless otherwise stated on the Site.

3. How to Enter; Selection

No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate, a Participant uploads one (1) photograph of herself through the submission form on the Site, along with her name and contact information. There are no requirements regarding pose, setting, attire, or photo quality other than those set forth in Section 4 below.

Featured Placement: The first twenty (20) photographs accepted by the Company through the Site ("Featured Submissions") will be selected for inclusion in the Coloring Book.

Apparel Bonus Placement: Of the Featured Submissions, the first five (5) submissions depicting the Participant wearing My Beautiful Fluff apparel will receive additional placement and promotion in Company marketing materials, at the Company's sole discretion, in addition to inclusion in the Coloring Book.

All other timely and eligible submissions not selected as Featured Submissions may still be published on the Company's website, social media channels, and other marketing materials, subject to the rights granted in Section 5, but will not appear in the Coloring Book unless the Company later determines otherwise.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or remove any submission for any reason, including but not limited to submissions that are unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise inconsistent with the Company's brand values.

4. Submission Requirements

By submitting a photograph, you represent and warrant that: (a) the photograph depicts you and no other identifiable individual, unless you have obtained and can provide, upon request, a signed release from every other identifiable person depicted; (b) you own all rights in the photograph or have full authority to grant the rights described in Section 5; (c) the photograph does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party; and (d) the photograph does not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content.

5. Grant of Rights; No Compensation

Assignment and License. By submitting a photograph to the Campaign, you irrevocably grant to the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from the photograph — including line-art or illustrated derivative renderings for use in the Coloring Book — in any medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to the Coloring Book, product packaging, the Site, social media, advertising, and other promotional or commercial materials, without further notice to, review by, or compensation to you.

No Royalty or Revenue Share. You acknowledge and agree that your submission is made on a voluntary basis and that you are not entitled to and will not receive any payment, royalty, commission, or share of proceeds from the sale of the Coloring Book, any product bearing or derived from your photograph, or any other Company materials in which your photograph or a derivative of it appears, whether featured, selected for the Coloring Book, or otherwise used by the Company under this Section.

Attribution. The Company may, but is under no obligation to, credit you by first name in connection with the use of your photograph.

Right to Decline or Withdraw. You may withdraw your submission at any time before it is selected as a Featured Submission by contacting the Company at info@mybeautifulfluff.com. Once a submission has been incorporated into the Coloring Book or other materials that have entered production or been published, the rights granted above are irrevocable and the Company is under no obligation to remove or alter the published work.

6. Model Release

Submission of a photograph constitutes your consent to the Company's use of your name, likeness, and image as depicted in the photograph in connection with the Campaign and the uses described in Section 5, without further compensation, and you release the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from such use, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of any right of publicity.

7. Intellectual Property in Derivative Works

Any coloring-book illustration, line art, or other derivative work created by or for the Company based on a submitted photograph is and will remain the sole property of the Company. Participants retain no ownership interest in such derivative works.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the submission form (such as name and contact information) will be used by the Company to administer the Campaign and communicate with Participants, consistent with the Company's Privacy Policy available at www.mybeautifulfluff.com.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms.

10. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The Campaign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that any submission will be selected as a Featured Submission, included in the Coloring Book, or used in any Company materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability arising out of the Campaign or these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the Participant to enter (which the parties acknowledge is zero).

11. Modification; Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or to amend these Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, by posting updated Terms on the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Campaign shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Iowa.
